STRENGTH
· Academically competent and skilled faculty.
· The Mother tongue of the majority of the students is Kannada.
WEAKNESS
· No. of students are coming from below poverty line & Ruralareas.
OPPORTUNITIES
· Students are involving in co-curricular activities.
· In UPSC exams, for the past 5-6 Years, most of the successfulcandidates are from Optional Kannada.
CHALLENGES
· Inspiring the students to develop the attitude of composing poems, writing short stories, articles, etc.
· To take-up Research work.
FUTURE PLANS
· To Introduce Optional Kannada Course in B.A programme.
· Motivating the students to participate in the at reactivates.
· To involve students in translation activities.
